Cody and Virginia are in a long-distance relationship, despite the fact they have never met in person. He lives in New York and she in Berlin. The couple is doing well until a strange event leads Cody to suspect Virginia has been in New York the whole time. He decides to investigate, using the same digital tools he suspects Virginia has used to deceive him. As he becomes increasingly obsessed with his search, the fate of their relationship becomes ever more precarious.
